Sad to say your communication has not solved my problem - but received a phone telephone call the week last of Henry of HP at Gateshead (n. of England) support.
After four hours or more (he missed his lunch...!) firmly on the phone and computer being "picked upward" remote, it has removed HP all THE files on my computer (HP Mini) then reloaded Onetime original software for 2575 with updates,... Finally got all-in-one browse with the HP Mini success - so big thanks to Henry at Gateshead for his help in that location... :-)

Disconnect, restart it (printer and computer), etc. All the reports that I ran to the 'troubleshooting' return with all PASSES. But when I re - try these functions, the printer brandish "starting fax" or "Get-go scan" and "start re-create." I've been here for the terminal ten minutes trying to get a copy, and the screen is still showing "start copy". And while they are 'begins', I am unable to 'x', so I put off the printer. The printer is 2 years old and we bought the extended warranty expired 2 months agone
